Pros

Absolutely none that I can think of!!!

Cons

Worst company I have ever worked for. Full of threats and unrealistic expectations! Unprofessional upper Management, terrible Hr personnel. Work you to death seven days a week. Phone never stops ringing. Not enough store hours. Pay is horrible for Store Management and hourly employees. Does not provide the tools to be succesful! There's much better companies to work for. Over 100 useless emails a day! Back stabbing Hr who provide zero support! They burn through Market Managers monthly! Either they quit, or are demoted! You would think they would look in the mirror, but their to busy sitting behind desks and have no clue! Run away!

Pros

I work my regular 40 hrs and an additional 10 hrs at time and a half I have a great team Life insurance Employee discount on foods and beverages Holiday pay Paid vacations and I make $12 an hr

Cons

No health coverage Manager gets a bonus but the csr's dont even though they do most the work When other people don't do their job properly, I take the blame because I work night shift

Pros

Best reasons ... The customers are great! That's about it .... My nephew's passed which I raised 1 of them mind you both were toddlers ... Died in a house fire .... I admit I was late a few times after that but no need to be so non caring selfish upper management ... considering never before had I been. I'd always cover shifts & stay over to get thing done bc other ppl just came to get a check so basically became a slave to them ( I was told that'd happen by a previous employee when I had first started ) they had no compassion or sympathy at all so I have my 2 week notice and they ended up letting me go before it was up! Uhhhh

Cons

Listed above along with many other things ... They don't really care about you as a human they act like it but once you're management you see all the inside jokes and it's sad how they talk about ppl customer included and their employees
