Ok job, but company in general sucks

Weekly pay, and paid vacation after a year though

Cons

Management is downright awful, talks about people behind their back, constant complaining, company can't give hours but can afford to dump thousands of sandwiches away each month, circle k is pro waste. They pay terrible compared to other gas stations. Most employees don't care about the job, or the store in general.

Pros

They are everywhere so it is easy to relocate with the company if you want to. They offer vacation to Part-time employees and the benefits are okay.

Cons

Very disorganized. There is no continuity between divisions. Each area does there own thing. There is a culture of everyone for themselves that gets in the way of promoting teamwork.

flexible hours, quarterly bonuses, tuition reimbursement...

Cons

Assistants work just as hard as managers, if not harder. We are expected to know and do just about everything the manager does. Manager has assistants to do paperwork, audits, weekly orders, keeping the store in with plano-grams falls onto assistants as well. But, when it comes to bonuses, assistants get around $150 while managers get close to $1500. Some managers will play favorites and even stuff not getting done comes down to the next shift. No discount for working employees or breaks. low pay with high taxes, pay raise only once a year and its so low it doesn't even matter at this point.
