Pros

Weekly pay, flexible hours...Can't believe there is a minimum for this box...There is your five words

Cons

This company makes millions a day, pays their associates minimum wage and expects them to work like dogs. They expect you to bust your butt and there is no incentives or bonuses. Manager doesn't even bother to cover shifts, we just work short handed. Not to mention the labor hours the manager is given is less than adequate for the amount of business they do and the pay is not near enough for what the expect you to do

Pros

Benefits packages nothing else

Cons

As a manager, once you get a store in good working order they move you to another dirt hole and you have to start from square one. This happened to me every 4 to 6 months. You have to work every day and be on call 24 hours a day. I was LITERALLY so sick I was throwing up one day and the district manager told me he "didn't work for me" and "couldn't help find someone to do MY job!" Circle K is considered a "food service" job due to the roller grill and coffee and it is ILLEGAL to have someone with a stomach virus around food for 48 hours...I worked 18 hours that day and 16 the next. And then with his amazing leadership skills he had the nerve to give me a hard time because the gas pumps had dust on top of them!! I hope this company sets itself on fire and burns to the ground.

Pros

As a store Manager you get benefits and incentives...

Cons

You can only hire people in at min. wage... people move on quickly and are generally unreliable... Many Managers I know have worked 70+ hours per week without a day off for as much as 6 months at a time
