Pros

Not that difficult of a job. Pay is to be expected although other gas stations/stores have better pay.

Cons

Low Pay. Not a lot of flexibility with the scheduling - it is usually up to whatever manager you have.

Pros

I love what circle k stands for ,love that you can move up in the company if you want to,love the fact that they believe in exceptional customer service and also pretty blessed that I have a fantastic manager, District Manager, and regional manager, they really care about the customers ,workers, and overall making a difference.

Cons

They need to pay better for management positions, especially if you work hard enough and show that you’re worthy of it.They need to hire people that actually care about the customers and the team. because a great team will not only help make your job easier more efficient, and it will bring in more customers. They will actually wanna keep coming back for that reason alone I have noticed it’s not for everyone and I also have noticed most team members only do the bare minimal for the paycheck and that affects the team immensely because then you’re burning out your other employees that actually care and losing those good employees because of it. Also losing the good employees do the fact they go above and beyond for exceptional service, but whereas other team members skate by by doing bare, minimal are barely anything at all, and again that goes back to being burnt out. Hiring or promoting the wrong people for assisting management or management position that to the bare minimal and make the rest of the team do everything while they don’t have to do much at all so basically they are not leading by example and taking an advantage and that leads to other team members to follow in their footsteps or just plain out quit
