There is no benefits of working with this company as they not consider you as their employee. for them only the one who works for head office are the employee any all others are just workers.

Cons

They just want you to work all around the clock, without asking any questions. By if chance you you complain about any thing their answer will you are haired by your manager not by CIRCLE K, and on other have they say CSR are the face of circle k. There are lot more to say but i would like to say one last, they don't even provide drinking water.

Store manger schedule Major Holidays off Bonus Structure

Cons

Stores have an ever shrinking labor budget which causes you to run on skeletons crews most of the time so if one person calls off you are more that likely going to have to cover that shift. There has been multiple days where I clocked in at 4am and did not leave till after 10pm and had to be back the next morning. Your days off are canceled is someone calls off and there is no one to cover the shift.
