      It looks good on your resume You learn skills for other jobs or to move up in the company

      Cons

      You’re not doing much different than a regular cashier unless you work weekends in which anything that did not get done over the weekend even if you specifically ask your crew to do it, it’s your fault and you get the heat for it You do not get to use any of your benefits until after a year of employment. No vacation, no sick time, no stock, nothing
