I have nothing positive to say about Circle K! Its was the WORST EXPERIENCE

Cons

Low insulting pay Over worked Only 1 employee on a 3rd shift and on weekends You are one person who is expected to be pleasant “ light of day” and smile through all the disrespect Mind you ONE person is expected to give great Customer Service, look out for theft BUT say nothing to them, cook clean and a list of chores go on. Poor management The temperature control that corpate chooses to leave on 74 is AWFUL. They leave you feeling that you have no choice but to come in sick and mind you we have to handle food.

I've had to narcan 3 people in the bathroom Theft is through the roof No security Get used to yelling at addicts and homeless to stop doing drugs in the parking lot Turnover is through the roof Management only cares about ecosure points and upselling nothing about employee safety or even customer safety Maintenance never gets properly completed just bandaid solutions till everything breaks 2 months later Upper management will threaten you with illegal labor violations
