Pros

Great co workers and environment, growth opportunities for growing resume and experience. Bonus can be great. Free life insurance, free cell phone with unlimited talk and text after 30 days, free telehealth, after 1 year we can buy into their stock program. Matched 401k, benefits. Repay some college, and people perks for 50 percent off of food and 20 cents per gal off gas. Great effort in making us feel valued.

Cons

Too much work on the store manager. Managers have to do cashier sometimes for a full shift plus their management paperwork audits, signage, video meetings, hiring, employee issues and so on. Management are basically on fall 24 hours a day: they do not pay enough for the management to constantly be on call.

Pros

You make money. Not alot but you make some.

Cons

They overwork you. Don't give mandatory breaks despite talking about it all the time in groups. They make you change your timecard so you don't get overtime. They expect you to do managerial stuff with the pay of a cashier. Despite telling the manager upon hiring I had a college schedule that I wouldn't deviate from I was constantly put on schedule during the times I was in class and told I had to be there. Threated with writeups.
