Company will not share with employees the state of things. Was told everything is going well then turn around and lay off whole departments. Top level managements never seemed to care about lower level employees and what their needs were or how they can be successful in their position. Felt expendable in their view.

Complete disregard for Employee or Customer Safety; Unrealistic Expectations of quality work from employees that truly care; Corporate is so far removed from store level needs & ignores genuine serious/valid issues Blatant Favoritism from Store Mgrs This box isn't big enough for all the cons -- PLEASE don't make the mistake of believing anything they tell you to get you to accept a job, pay is hideous, redundant & idiotic tasks that waste time while real needs are deemed unimportant (such as safe food practices, basic sanitary stds, etc) & any compensation you MIGHT ever get.
