      Pros

      Overtime pay: In North Carolina, non-exempt employees who work more than 40 hours in a workweek are generally entitled to receive overtime pay at a rate of 1.5 times their regular hourly rate for the additional hours worked. If the employee is misclassified as part-time but consistently works 40 hours a week, they may be eligible for overtime compensation for the extra hours worked.

      Cons

      Circle K does not care. They will overwork you and get free labor.

      10 hours mandatory overtime, usually more available. Good benefit but costly.

      Cons

      Demanding, 24 hour availability needed. Hard to have a healthy work/life balance. Hard to recruit customer service reps because everyone else pays more.
