The people that you work with are fun, and the vibe of the work place is not bad.

Cons

During the pandemic many places were hiring new employees at higher wages since there were employees leaving, the Circle K I worked at was no exception. The problem was I was stuck at the same pay for 4 years and when I ask if I can get a raise since it seems unfair they are hiring new people a higher starting pay, they refused. The was also issues with management and how they didn't care much for the safety of their employees and just cared that they showed up for their shift.

- Free Drinks when on the clock. - Good at times if you really like people. - The food's alright.

Cons

- No room for other tasks like cleaning or even money management - Mostly due to the business of the store and the location ^ - Way too many customers coming in on a daily basis. Especially the afternoon. - $10.50/hour clearly not enough for what I have to go through. - Most likely will be placed on your own if working in the afternoons. - Great risk of getting robbed or an incident happening if working the overnight shift. - Experiencing the worst out of people when on the register.
