Flexible hours. Able to work remote if/when needed. Pay is on par with national averages. Benefits and paid time off are as expected. Opportunities for promotions within. Bonus opportunities are ok

Cons

Difficult to get a raise outside the standard 2.3% annual max without applying for a different role. Bonuses are difficult to reach the 100% potential.

Loved the work, the customers and the pace of the job.

Cons

If you’re not good buddies with management they will find a way to get rid of you. They operate strictly on the buddy system. More drama than a high school and the manager talks about all employees to the other employees. Poor communication. Management uses having bpd as an excuse to cuss employees. She’ll make the schedule to avoid employees that she doesn’t consider her “friends”. Forbids female employees from even speaking to her husband if he comes in. She’s so insecure that she thinks everyone is after him (that’s a joke in and of itself). Even if you’ve done nothing wrong, she’ll find a way to get rid of you. The place is a joke.
