Pros

For the most part, you can get the days off that you request assuming that you request them on time. Benefits are phenomenal

Cons

The pay does not equal the amount of work you put in (assuming that you are really working and not just standing around waiting for the next customer) Working hard does not reap the benefits that you might expect. Example: I have no schedule requirements and ended with the worst schedules. i.e. 2-3 third shifts a week, 2 first shifts and one mid shift which does not lead to the best sleep schedule. Meanwhile brand-new people come in demanding a certain schedule and they will get it. Management does not notice hard work but if you make a mistake..... all of a sudden you become really popular.

Cons

Low pay, working a very busy store on weekends by yourself, senior management expects you to do they're job at the wage of a csr.
