Pros

The best and smartest team I've had the pleasure of working with. Clear direction and trust from upper management allows everyone to work autonomously. Obviously you're expected to do well, but you're given what you need to exceed goal and not micromanaged along the way. Great view, real opportunities for career growth, flexible hours working from home... but you won't because everyone is great and there's free catering every day.

Cons

Typical startup growing pains. Newer roles require you to wear a lot of hats (but good work is definitely rewarded).

Big on autonomy, ownership, and accountability. Challenging work. Incredibly rewarding with AMAZING benefits. Great view. Happy people. Everyone takes the success of the company seriously while also being nice and considerate.

Cons

Sometimes we only have lime flavored la croix. Some people are uncomfortable with being held accountable to quantitative goals. *Can't speak for departments outside of marketing*
