Payment slightly above the UK average (though I left 2.5 years ago). Low requirements (although it may be a con)

Business model from the 2010s. Github could kill CircleCI within a year if they made their CI more featureful. As a result, the company fired 11-17% of its staff in 2 years ago. Disorganised IT. I received wrong hardware a number of times, later was charged for shipping. Tolerance to high levels of underperformance as long as people keep quiet. Insane levels of political correctness and American political partisanship. It's offputting to me and I'm a liberal (a European one though). Bad sick pay policy - it started only after a year.
