Pros
Cisco provides a high level of fluidity for employees. Employees are asked to stay with a group for 12 months, however, employees are then free to transfer to other groups and try new things. This is done frequently and provides great opportunities for career growth.
Cons
The issue with Cisco is that if you don't work at headquarters in San Jose, CA, you are treated as a remote worker, even if you work at another major Cisco campus. The issue here is getting appropriate facetime and leadership support.
