Pros
Job stability, I can't think of another place in this industry where better stability is offered. Most of benefits and bonus are definitely on par with others in the same industry. As the company is hugh in size, there is always some job that can interst you.
Cons
Middle managers - as with many companies, there are just too many mediocre middle managers that are not contributing to anything. Some managers that are on the same building takes 2-3 hours working out/jobbing in the middle of the day! Yes, that might be good for him or even amazing for his age, but that's not going to bring out a lot of confidence from others who are just trying to meet the deadlines.
