Very flexible work environment. Work from home is very common. Pay is good as are benefits. Managers tend to not micromanage employees.

Cons

Quite a bit of politics especially in ops. Company has grown to such an extent that stock options are not as lucrative as they used to be. Facing a lot of potential competition in their core product areas from companies such as HP.

great learning experience for 1st job, very technical and very hands on,lots of knowledge to absorb if shown initiative

Cons

HR dept is not very helpful,and does not believe in timely response, manager has a lot of control and your experience working in cisco solely depends on how good your manager is.
