Pros

Mostly great people, no travel

Cons

Execs are so out of touch with employees. Suite assistant is a miserable bully. Bad mouths everyone yet does nothing all day but complain. Top heavy too many VP's. Pay employees nothing and overpay everyone else.

Pros

Set schedule, great benefits, and possibly to make incentive.

Cons

The goals to make incentive are unrealistic. You only get feedback when you’re doing bad. Never complimented for good work.

Pros

Hands-on experience in all different areas of HR, from employee relations to recruitment to wellness initiatives and more. The HR office let me have a lot of control over my schedule, and if there was anything I wanted to learn or do, they helped make it happen. I got so much out of this internship that I can't wait to carry forward into my next experience.

Cons

The only con I had during this internship was that it was unpaid.
