Pros

I've been here for five years and have never seen a company full of more dedicated employees. We work hard and we take care of each other. Sometimes we have to work late, but that is the nature of IT. The projects we work on are challenging and interesting. The business is complex but there are many people who are willing to help you as long as you ask questions. The CEO is a former IT professional so he understands our challenges. There is no shortage of work to do!

Cons

There is too much work and not enough people so a lot of stakeholders don't get their user stories done quickly. I don't fully understand why so many former employees are so negative. Maybe they were bad hires and are bitter.

Pros

The people are there are very nice and truly care about your success. Occasionally bring in free food.

Cons

1.) This is more of a problem with data-entry in general, it gets WAY too boring sitting in a computer screen typing mindlessly. Even with music, i always fell asleep within two hours. I was only part-time but i truly cannot imagine what it must be like full-time. 2.) To go along with number one, there was barely any human interaction with my co-workers. I never got the opportunity to work in a team. 3.) The biggest one - training. This is data-entry so it should be easy, and for the most part it is very easy. However, at least 7 times per day i had someone come to my desk to inform me of a mistake i made. Okay, cool i will correct the mistake and not make it again. However, i then have someone completely new come to my desk and tell me what i did originally was correct and what i am doing now is a mistake. Repeat this for at least five times per shift and you will go crazy. I understand that there might be indisputable correct way to do something (because apparently typing Anna instead of Ana is a TREMENDOUS mistake) but it felt like everyone was contradicting each other. 4.) I never understood why the work i did was important. Don't just tell me what to do, show me why what i am doing is important to Cisive overall success as a company.

Pros

I’ve been working for Cisive for almost a year and I can say that the management -senior management - have gone to great lengths to make the newly-acquired teams in the Asia offices feel at ease with all the organizational restructuring. Open to ideas and constantly seeking feedback from staff. Offers career growth and rewards high-performing employees

Cons

We could use more manpower and better IT support to handle high volume of tasks on a daily basis.
