Pros

Some nice people work at this company. Salary is fair. HR Dept. is second to none and the Executives are friendly and approachable.

Cons

LLD is lead by person who doesn't protect the Team. He's obnoxious and refuses to listen even when you tell him exactly what's needed. The Marketing Department will throw you under the bus to save their butts.

Great benefits, strong training, good work environment.

Cons

As a more recent college graduate, the company has a bottleneck on moving up to higher positions. The salary growth is capped and more seasoned employees are stagnant. This leads the limited growth opportunities to only newer retail offices.

Annually, Citadel conducts a review of all salary ranges and adjusts salaries accordingly based upon the marketplace. It is important to Citadel to offer equitable and competitive compensation packages to current and prospective employees.
