Citadel values training and development. Currently Citadel offers a variety of training opportunities. Additionally, we will be rolling out new courses that will include topics such as sales, building diverse and inclusive teams, workplace safety, personal development and persuasive communication.

Pros

For the most part they pay really well compared to the competition. If you work with the right team it can be an amazing experience. Great members. Good retirement plan.

Cons

The larger we get the more we are changing and it's starting to not feel like your neighborhood CU. Medical benefits are not so great anymore. Doesn't matter what you have your degree in as long as you've got that degree.

The company is a good organization to work for on a daily basis. The people that work at the company are compassionate.

Cons

The compensation package seems to be a bit low when looking at the benchmark. I would also like to see more opportunities for growth.
