The company is a good organization to work for on a daily basis. The people that work at the company are compassionate.

Cons

The compensation package seems to be a bit low when looking at the benchmark. I would also like to see more opportunities for growth.

Here is the double edge sword - "you can check in - out any time you'd like, but you can never leave" Opportunity for promotion and growth are minimual since so many employees "never leave" It's a great place to work.

Competitive salary, bonuses and benefits package. Low stress environment with excellent work life balance .

Cons

This is a small shop. There are not a lot of opportunities to move up or move to a different department.
