Pay wasn't bad and the office building was nice.

Cons

Management is a joke. Actual managers are no where to be found. They are "working from home" They have Seniors that act as supervisors and they don’t want to help you when you need help. So many lazy worthless people who don't want to work. The fact that no one seems to stay longer then a few months should have been a warning that this is a horrible place to work for.

Serious micromanagement of your time down to the minute. Definitely NOT an adult job. You are a mindless robot answering as many calls as you can while all of the Karen's oversee your every move. I'm telling you RUN..they have a lot of people w long tenure and believe me you will see why if your unfortunate enough to get a job here. They don't care about your goals, career aspirations, or development. They do a good job of trying to "act" like it but no they could care less.
