Full-time work from home with equipment provided.

Cons

Managers are fake as hell don’t want to see you grow. Very micro manage have to ask permission to use the restroom. The seniors are nasty and racist god bid you have an issue you’re met with attitude. And if a customer calls you out your name you have to take the abuse! And No one cares about your mental health. You’re the last to know about any promotions that they have on going. If you tell a member the truth your the problem and they are quick to fire and write you up. In order to get a promotion you have to be in the golden circle.

All claims of unprofessional or inappropriate behavior that are brought to the attention of management are thoroughly investigated by HR. Citadel policies are such that the type of behavior alleged is not tolerated.
