9yDear Colleague - thanks for your feedback and 3 star rating. We agree - there is some excellent experience and exposure to be had at Citco - for recent grads as well as more seasoned professionals. Citco is a leader in the hedge fund administrator space - because we work hard and are committed to high quality customer support and our work product. Given the nature of the work - there are busy periods that require overtime - it's simply the nature of our work. However we take on board your comments about work life balance and the management are working hard to review the staff to work ratio. Thank you for your hard work and taking the time to provide your thoughts.
