In regards to your salary comment - I would caution any employee about taking a narrow view and only looking at one element of our total compensation package. Citco has a track record of providing comprehensive and excellent levels of benefit coverage - in many locations this is a no cost option to employees. Benefits are expensive - especially good plans - and make up a significant cost to Citco and significant savings for employees. Add to your package generous leave policies and a discretionary bonus plus overtime and you are looking at compensation that is at or above market in our industry.

Dear Former Colleague - thanks for taking the time to provide some feedback - I wish you had included your location and a few more details. Citco is hiring with hundreds of jobs open globally and indeed MD's and managers spend a good deal of time creating teams with the right resources to handle the work. The challenge is to do this as quickly as possible and to bring new hires up to speed quickly so they are fully productive. Continuous improvement is always the goal.

Good salary, excellent benefits; good working environment, smart people; client facing role, challenging work. Great opportunity to work in fund administration and learn about P/E funds.

Cons

Need an effective advocates/leaders/change drivers in/for Malvern office to overcome organizational bureaucracy.
