Dear Former Colleague - It’s disappointing to hear that your experience, albeit for a limited period, was not overly positive. It’s surprising to get such feedback about training, especially in our Manila office. As a company Citco invests heavily to grow and develop our people. Manila is a relatively new location for Citco, where we have expanded quickly. We have a strong training team there who have developed detailed and engaging onboarding and new hire training programs. It is core to Citco values to offer career progression opportunities and develop our talent at all levels from within wherever possible. Of course we also expect employees to take some responsibility for their own development – by exploring our eLearning offerings, working proactively with colleagues and manager to develop your skills, in addition to other ways we can study and learn. Dear Colleague - thanks for your feedback and 4 star rating. I do hope you are taking the opportunity to pass on your thoughts to your direct manager or department head. If you have good thoughts about relevant projects and don't think you are being heard, I encourage you to set a meeting with your MD to see what is possible to implement. My experience is that management is always open to good ideas.
