Dear Anonymous - We appreciate your 4 star rating and positive comments. Not sure if you are a relatively new employee and perhaps have not yet been exposed to our promotion and annual compensation practices. Globally we've just gone through our annual performance appraisal process wherein we identify those employees ready for promotion at year end. We are about to embark on our compensation process which is focused on "pay for performance' ensuring our top performers receive merit increases and bonuses commensurate with their performance. In addition to our pay practices, we have a comprehensive suite of benefits that are in line with market practices and in many jurisdictions above market practices.

Dear Anonymous - Indeed there are myriad opportunities for learning here at Citco - either from others on your team, or through the suite of eLearning and classroom trainings that are available to staff in technical or soft skills. In the arena of engagement and employee morale - there are numerous activities going on globally at Citco - from social committees organizing amazing social events and parties, to clubs like Toastmasters and Weight Watchers and other wellness activities, to employee organized sports clubs, community charity events, etc.
