Citco strikes a nice balance of being a professional, financial services firm – with a relaxed and unstuffy vibe that works for staff. We appreciate your comments on that. It’s a bit hard to respond to such a broad statement, so I’ll highlight some of the things we do to support Citco employees professionally. I’ll cite our robust training and development programs (in classroom, virtual classroom and eLearning programs on a range of soft skill, technical and regulatory topics). Our global performance management process rates employee fairly and consistently and provides developmental feedback and coaching . We then identify our high performing employees and our pay for performance system is now designed to ensure they are rewarded for their extra effort and achievements.

Appreciate the positive comments! Indeed the career opportunities at Citco are a hallmark of our firm globally. Many of our staff have been promoted multiple times and have risen up through the ranks into managerial positions of various levels. It is a hardworking environment with demanding Service Level Agreements and clients - but we pride ourselves on our excellent products, services and customer relations.
