Free beer. Some good colleagues. Free bar at nights out.

Cons

Where do I start... Underpaid, overworked, horrible environment to work in, disgusting culture and work ethic. Idiotic from the top down. The lazier and stupider you are, the better chance you have of promotion. I would well advise everyone to stay well clear of this poorly managed organisations. Overheads are being cut by the second and jobs are going to Manilla to cut costs. At the end of the day they couldn't give a toss about the people, only the profit. Horrible place which is faltering by the second. For career progression move on or don't join here!

Dear reviewer, this comment is surprising and disappointing. Citco invests very heavily on training and development and the principle of meritocracy is the foundation of career progression in Citco. Citco recognises that our industry is one where there are times that require overtime. We try to balance this with policies and practices that promote and support health and wellbeing. As well as creating a social environment. It’s important that our hardworking teams get to enjoy some downtime together.
