The location was nice and the medical benefits were nice. They used to be free, now they charge your per paycheck, but still good coverage.

Cons

What was promised in terms of quality of hires I would be able to make to expected travel, responsibilities, etc. were completely different once I was hired. Budget for new hires was slashed and resources were thin. More interested in the bottom line instead of getting the job done right and then trimming back.

Sorry to hear that your experience during a period of change was challenging, but we appreciate your feedback. The Malvern operation experienced rapid growth which, on one hand is great but, can obviously put a strain on some while getting the right balance of resources. We’re nearly there now, and we continue to offer comprehensive benefits and training for our employees.

Pros

The culture is very laid back and fun. The people that work at Citco are very diverse and with different personalities.

Cons

There is a huge lack of growth and opportunities to get to higher positions. It seems like upper management, who aren't that qualified to be leading, try to keep bright minds down.
