      Pros

      Good on the job training. Good middle mgmt and lots of areas to progress into. A good social environment in the company, free health care and public transport.

      Cons

      Poor external training. There is a lack of accountability from lots of teams. IT are understaffed. Services and teams are continuously being sent out to cheaper labor forces. They are loosing good staff members, as they aren't competing salary wise.

      The atmosphere is great at Citco. People are friendly and it's a young environment.

      Very poor bonuses compared to other companies
