I'd imagine you were hired with little work experience and got some good exposure to the hedge fund industry. I hope you took advantage of our training programs and knowledgeable staff and were able to leverage those skills to another great position.

9yDear Colleague - thanks for taking the time to share your thoughts. I hope you will take some time to share any concerns you have with your local HR Partner. Managers sometimes need coaching and feedback too so that they can make the appropriate corrections. HR can help get those messages across.
