Pros

Genuinely nice rapport between all staff levels. For a finance-adjacent company it didn't feel stiff. It never felt as "corporate" as a public company. Good company events. Tons of room to grow. Fantastic industry-leading proprietary software. Decent benefits. Marquee clients. Relatively flat management structure. Best company I've ever worked for. There is an intangible Citco-vibe that grows on you over time.

Cons

Salaries/bonuses could be better. Personal politics make or break your advancement. Some clunky elements between the global sites. Long hours potentially. Difficult learning curve if you don't have proper supports.
