      Friendly colleagues, good insurance coverage.

      Cons

      Hard to get promotion, have to go through internal interview. No bonus and AWS, your OT pay is your bonus.

      Poor leadership and management

      Remote work. Many foreigners, local people can learn different cultures.

      Cons

      Poor office facilities, open office space no comfort with chairs and tables, etc. Low value management leadership to protect teams.

      *Co-workers are nice and genuinely great in the team. In and outside the company (except management)

      Cons

      *Micro-management *Overwork *You will be approved of 1 or 2 hrs of OT but you will render 3-5 hrs just to finish the report and the rest of the OT will not be compensated. *No work-life balance *No proper allocation of activities *Always in doubt in notices of Sick Leave
