Flexible working arrangements wfh three time a week however it going to changed to two time a week next year.

Cons

Management pushing for changes every years for their KPI. Although the process was done with good intentions, it actually results in more workload and every year we seem to be overload and barely hanging on. For promotion process, we have our own internal interview that you have to undergo as well even for the lowest tier.
