Thank you for the 4 star review. We are pleased that your experience with your management team has been positive. The client focused nature of our business can sometimes affect the hours in which we work. We try to balance this with policies and practices that promote and support health and wellbeing. It is important that people feel that they are rewarded fairly for what they do, We are very proud of our internal promotion program, which allows employees to view and apply for any open vacancy at Citco. We always encourage our employees to connect in with their managers if they are interested in an internal opportunity. We really appreciate the comments.
