      Newer People (less than 5 years there) are amazing! Nice bonuses (at the time) 401k Matching Great networking with other professionals

      Citigroup is good place to start and learn technologies. They give you good opportunity yo try new technologies and are open to adopting open sources

      Your big challenge to build your career and move up the organization. Often you are stuck at one place and need to really pull your strings from all directions to move up
