Pros

Good global brand and nice friendly people within a global environment. Hygene factors all good as well as the atmosphere

Cons

Cog in a big, big wheel with lots of employees so very bureaucratic and can therefore be quite hard to be recognised as you are only responsible for part of the process rather than the whole thing so not always able to see outcomes

Pros

Global culture and exposure. Opportunity for lateral change into a variety of positions. Decent work life balance. Competitive pay for entry level.

Cons

Exodus of top talent. Remaining Sr. Management more concerned with personal job security. They should have retired, but are hanging on to recoup investments lost since 90% stock plunge. Continued downsizing leaves no room for talent to grow.

Pros

Good private life and work balance Very good management Remote working available Good opportunities to grow within the company Good working environment

Cons

Unfair salary compensations with huge gaps among employees in identical positions. Promotions are sometimes just a good looking business card and more responsibilities
