Pros

Nobody is watching your output or efforts and non-serious actors can also opt for disabililty to get approved for remote work upto 6 months and never face termination or layoff. Especially true about the data area in Finance.

Cons

Nobody provides direction, least of all the directors and managing directors hired externally since 2022, they are clueless and there is not much direction or guidance from the top of the house, either. They are hoping to wing their way out of the consent orders and regulatory actions with friendly overtures to the new administration and their new appointees at the banking regulatory agencies.

Pros

This job provides you with insight about a role that you wouldnt want to have

Cons

There is no transparency. No room for growth. It's an entry-level role, and you will never receive a pay increase or be given the opportunity to move up within the firm.
