Pros

You can learn some old stuff. Nowdays, the management started to switch towards new technology, despite of the fact it is terrible slow.

Cons

Chaotic management. Even the lead don't know what to do, but they don't any information to allow us to solve, they don't want as to think, just do what they say even if there are many argument against it. On meeting the lead realise many work was unnecessary or even a blind path. It happens a lot of time they start to debate about the right path. Old technology and it is hard to accept new software if you prefer that one. Seriously, it is hard to believe, that the management doesn't even know new things. I don't want to tell things what question they ask when it comes to something technical, many of us questioned are they really programmers or some managers with good positions in America. You are always in a hurry, because of this chaos. Yeah, one more thing to mention because it is outragous. You have to tell 2 weeks before you go holiday, but when you do so they just don't track the system or even if you tell them they forget it and when you go on holiday you are blamed like hell. That part is really outrageous because you feel like you are threatened to go on holiday.
