Pros

nothing much really I totally wasted my 4 years of my time (2012 to 2016) , I still regret why I signed the offer back in 2012, Directors are blind and dont give ... about their staff , nothing Positive to talk about really ...

Cons

worst company to work for ,low wages,0% bonus for my entire period (4 Years 2012 to 2016) ,0% pay hike for my entire period ( 4 years 2012 to 2016) , management dont want developers moving from Belfast o London (High Paying Place),Tier 2 employers are treated like slaves.technology is ... just application support really not much innovation, if you are young and dynamic stay away from Citi Belfast , try to get into Citi London at least you will be on the high end salary.
