Pros
Great work culture, good people, good learning opportunity, good managers, good events and fun in the organization. They celebrate the festivals in a grand way. Everything that they do has a class and quality in it.
Cons
Too many processes to be followed especially while reimbursement. Also, the flexible timings has its cons. Fixed timings are better at times as one can go home in a fixed time.
