      Pros

      Work Environment is really good. People love to chill post office hours, which makes you want to stay back longer at work too. Very good facilities for employees. No Variable component in Salary, which is a big plus.

      Cons

      Need better middle level management. Need some good DBAs, as database projects are not well handled. Freshers have no Onsite opportunities.

      This is indeed a great place to work with good onsite opportunities. Mgmt and HR do hear their employees. I will rate this company 10/10.
