      Pros

      Citius Tech has been regularly featuring in the list of 50 Great Places To Work in India. It has nice set of experienced professionals. Also projects on all the technology stack are available. A very nice working environment .

      Pros

      Good Facility compared to other offshoring companies - large work desks good career opportunity overall Esp. work in consulting is exciting - given they are domain specific

      Cons

      Company should expand functions team - esp. Recruitment. Lot of opportunities if we have right talent

      Pros

      Overall they do great job in keeping employees happy. They have open door policy, CEO takes feedback himself - he is usually available in cafeteria for lunch and sits randomly with people group and asks them about their feedback - which is unique. Projects are only in healthcare with lot of onsite opportunities. They are growing at nice pace so if you are in new project - you become senior quickly

      Cons

      If you dont like to Travel - may be this is not for you. They are limited to Healthcare domain so all your previous domain exp (if not HC) goes away
