      Pros

      Love the culture and ethics at CitiusTech. Everyone here are friendly and the senior management are a set of capable folks who are grounded and easy to interact with. The project that I am working on is interesting and I like the fact that even senior member on the project are expected to be hands-on. The compensation overall is good. But the increments this time was a bit low then the standard increase.
