      - Very open work culture. Management is very flexible with roles and skill development opportunities, provided you have the interest and ability to take on new roles. - Gives large amount of responsibility to employees based on performance, irrespective of designation. - Projects focused mostly on new technologies around clinical systems - engineers are expected to understand the healthcare domain with a significant level of depth

      1. Good Culture 2. Flexi timing 3. Good opportunities to learn from a vast pool of resources 4. Lot many trainings. If the trainer is good, you can learn lot of good stuff

      Cons

      1. If you are on bench, you might end up working on a different platform 2. No backup plans. If something goes wrong, noone knows what to do. Suddenly different managers will start questioning and putting in their comment 3. Old timers enjoy special treatment

      Citiustech is Good for juniors upto 3 years experience. But definitely NOT good place for Senior and middle Management

      Pros

      Flexible timings, work from home culture.

      Cons

      The promoters of the company don't want to delegate powers to managers. Everything including the appraisal rating are monitored and micro managed by promoters. You will be treated like a resource and nothing else. You may be forced to change your technology if required. If you are on bench for 2 months , your job is at risk. Hiring is done thoughtlessly. There is no organisation pyramid.. Old employees are favored.
