Hiring many folks in US location - finally Company has got lot of money and growth rate is great Town hall conducted every 3 months - we can ask higher management anything and they are responsive They pay well and give good yearly salary hike good policy for relocation, insurance and other benefits

Cons

Larger office is only in princeton nj - everyone else is remote so cant meet all employees together Too much healthcare focused company - no exposure in other domain recently got funded by large equity house.. not sure if it will have positive impact

Pros

Have been with the company for over 5 years. While i have had my ups/downs, the company has been fairly consistent in its outlook and policies. Given my 12 years of experience, have found this place to be more comfortable, growth-oriented and people focused compared to my earlier experiences.

Cons

The US team has grown very quickly over the past 3 years. Some of the policies in the US are not mature. While compensation is good, benefits for US employees need to be looked into.
