1. CitiusTech has a strong foundation as a company which is so rare for any other Tech org 2. Open door policy - company has many channels of communication and there are channels where the executive management can be reached out too 3. CT culture is something which always stands out and is also the reason for many folks to join the company 4. Supportive corporate functions

1. They can be more transparent about the PMR process. Last year there were changes which could have been communicated in advance

It's an inspiring place to work, where I feel valued and motivated every day.

Cons

While CitiusTech offers great opportunities and fosters a positive work environment, there are a few areas that could be improved.
